In India, There are more than 1.3 billion people live hereIndia is a country of many cultural living.

The "Unity through Diversity" is the key to attract in India, by many overseas countries. Like America, U.K. and etc.

India is also a federal union, where almost all the states have their different languages &  different cultural identity.

Indian civilization is very old. Indus Valley Civilization was one of the the first civilizations on Earth.

The Vedic Period

The Vedic period was a period in Indian history where the Hindu religion and the caste system began in India.

Mughal period


The Mughal Empire was the last and most powerful Islamic Empire in India.

Therefore,because of this "Unity in diversity" and different cultural identity , India is known as the subcontinent within the Asian continent.

So, here we see the people of India in different clothes, in different styles religions, in different eating habits, in different celebrations.

People living in different locallity such as in cities, in Towns, and in Villages. 

4 MAJOR PARTS OF INDIA:-

India is classified into 4 major parts that are 👇

The 1st is North India, and the largest city in Northern India is New Dehli.

The 2nd is East India, and the largest city in the East India is Kolkata.

3rd is Western India, and Mumbai is the metropolitian city of west India

4th is the Southern India, and it's metropolitian city is Chennai .


Indians throughout the nation eat a different food, depending on its geographical avaibility. Like the North Indian people almost eat wheat and all , and South Indian food always prefer to eat rice.

There are all types of vegetables are available in the Indian markets.Most of the people are vegetarian in India.

But many people are love to eat non-vegitarian food too. Cows are considered sacred by Hindus.

Throughout the Indian subcontinent, you can see marsala spices, and people drank tea and coffee.

RELIGION OF INDIA :-

Religion in India it is characterized by a variety of religious beliefs and habits.

Indian subcontinent the birthplace of the world's four major religions.

That is, Hinduism,Buddhism, Jainism & Sikhism.

People also came and settled in India and now the majority people living in India following Christianity and Islam too. 

Next, we'll see some facts about India.

Important historical monuments of India :-

India's home to many historical monuments, from Mughals and Sultan Indian Kings and before them, The Hindu kings has so many monuments across India.

There are some historical monuments in India such as Taj Mahal, Brihadishwara TempleMysore Palace, Harmandir SahibAjanta Ellora Cave, Mahabalipuram, Khajuraho and etc.

Next comes to music. Indigenous Indian Music.

Indian Classical Musical Instruments 

Hindustani and Carnatic are well-known for traditional Indian music.

Hindustani means "ancient music of North India."

Carnatic means "ancient South Indian music."

Melody, Drone & Thala are some of the traditional items of Indian music.

String, Spirit & Percussion are some of the most important instruments widely used in Indian music.

Dance is an ancient tradition and is celebrated in India. Folk dances are available throughout the land, and great crowds of people can be found dancing at parties and weddings.

Dance and song are very common in Indian cinema too. So you can see them in Bollywood too.

Indian dance draws its roots from the six most important types of classical dance are Bharatanatyam, Kathakali, Katak, Manipuri, Kuchipudi & Odissi.
